Wayne Goss Rich Hazel is a moderately warm-toned, very dark brown with a matte finish. It is a permanent eyeliner that retails for $14.00 and contains 0.04 oz.
Wayne Goss Rich Hazel Eye Kohl Pencil ($14.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a deep brown with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had good color payoff that adhered fairly evenly in a single layer but was best built up with a second layer. The texture was firmer but mostly smooth without being uncomfortable to work with on my lower lash line, though it was less comfortable on my water line.
The eyeliner lasted decently for six and a half hours on my lower lash line before fading noticeably (five hours on my waterline), but there was very little left after nine hours of wear (like from a normal viewing distance, you wouldn't know I was wearing eyeliner).
