Urban Decay Control Vice Lipstick ($17.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a rich, medium blue with cool undertones and a glossy, creamy finish. Surprisingly, for as slippery and creamy the consistency was, it went on a lot better than I expected. There was still room for improvement--it wasn't fully even and was prone to settling in lip lines--but still, I expected it to be a disaster based on the emollient texture. It had good pigmentation that stayed on for five hours and left a slight stain behind, while the formula was lightly hydrating.
