Urban Decay Cosmic Mission 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) has a darker, plummy purple base with multi-colored shimmer--violet, blue, and murky green to my eyes--that gave it a pearly sheen. It had semi-sheer to medium pigmentation, which built up decently, though the eyeliner was too emollient and soft, which made it harder to apply with precision and often resulted in the pencil breaking during use (even on the lash line!). It wore well for seven hours on me.
