It had semi-opaque pigmentation that could be built up to full coverage with a second layer, but the more watery texture made it particularly easy to sheer out for more of a wash of shimmer and sparkle.
The consistency was wet and cooling as it came into contact with my skin, but it set in 10 to 15 seconds. It stayed on well for 12 hours without fading or creasing and didn't have issues with fallout.
