Tom Ford Beauty Martin Lips & Boys Soft Matte Lip Color ($36.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a brighter, pinky-red with a natural sheen. It had subtle, cool undertones, but it was lighter than most reds yet deeper than reddish-fuchsia kind of shades, too. I'd consider this a tricky shade to classify!
The texture was smooth, velvety, and comfortable to apply as it glided across my lips with ease but didn't feel traditionally creamy or emollient--had the glide of a silicone-based primer. It had semi-sheer coverage, which was as intended, that was buildable to medium coverage. The product applied evenly and didn't catch on imperfections on my lips. It had a near weightless feel that was neither drying nor hydrating over the four hours it lasted for.
