The lipstick had a smooth, balmy consistency that felt wet as it glided across my lips but seemed to melt into my lips and felt thinner and didn't slide around much while worn. The color coverage was medium, slightly buildable, and didn't emphasize my lip lines or lip texture. It stayed on nicely for five hours, left a bit of a stain behind, and was moisturizing over time.
