Night Sky (Powder)

Night Sky (Powder) is a muted, blackened blue with hints of gray and multi-colored shimmer (primarily violet, blue, and aquamarine) over a mostly matte base. The texture was soft, smooth, and thinner than most Tom Ford eyeshadows that I've come across. It had good color payoff, but it was prone to sheering out a bit in practice, so it is a shade better applied over the cream eyeshadow or over a base and patted on, rather than swept on, if you want to maintain intensity. The color lasted for eight hours on me. NARS Giove (P, $29.00) is more shimmery (90% similar). Too Faced De La Mer (PiP, $16.00) is more shimmery (90% similar).
