De La Mer is a cool-toned, blackened navy blue with soft, navy blue shimmer. It had decent to good color payoff, but the texture was as smidgen dry, so it is a shade that needs to be built up for best intensity. It wore well, though, and didn't start to fade until the eighth hour of wear. NARS Ubangi (P, $25.00) is a cream product. MAC Bleuluxe #4 (P) is less sparkly. Clinique Massively Midnight (P, $17.00) is a cream product, brighter. Le Metier de Beaute Sapphire (LE, $30.00) is brighter, more shimmery. MAC Shop & Drop (LE, $15.00) is less shimmery.
