Terra Moons Ice Giant Iridescent Chameleon Shadow ($17.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a transparent base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between aqua, chartreuse, and pale pink with a smooth, lightly metallic sheen.
The consistency was soft, a smidgen powdery but had good adhesion to bare skin and seemed to "melt" slightly as I diffused the edges and after it sat for a few minutes on my lid. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that wore nicely for eight hours before fading visibly.
