Stila Vivid Sapphire Shimmer & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow ($24.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a rich, cobalt blue with strong, cool undertones and flecks of blue and violet sparkle. This particular shade had a more glittering finish compared to the other shades in the summer launch. It had opaque color coverage in a single layer when I applied it to my lid with a flat, synthetic brush. The consistency was thin, a touch watery, but it didn't take too long to dry down and didn't crease before it set. This was a shade that was better blended as it was drying down, because once it set, blending motions with a brush resulted in slight fallout. This shade lasted beautifully for over 10 hours without fading or creasing, and there seemed to be very minimal fallout over time.
