MAC Lunar Extra Dimension Eyeshadow ($20.00 for 0.04 oz.) is described as a "royal blue." It's a brightened, medium-dark blue with a frosted finish. Applied dry, it was semi-opaque with a softer look and the dryness of the formula is a bit more apparent as it doesn't look as smooth. Applied damp, it was much smoother and had more depth. I found it a little hard to apply dry, and it lasted for six hours, while damp application yielded eight hours of wear. It seeemed more finely-milled than the original.
