Sephora Peacock Blue Contour Eye Pencil ($10.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a bright, medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a pearly sheen. The pigmentation was nearly opaque in a single layer, and it just needed a little bit more on top in places to achieve full coverage. The eyeliner had a smooth, lightly creamy texture that glided across my lash line without tugging but did not feel too creamy or slip into my fine lines. It wore well for 10 hours on me before showing signs of wear.
