Sephora Baby Blues Contour Eye Pencil ($10.00 for 0.04 oz.) is described as a "light blue." It's a light, bluish-gray with a metallic finish. It had semi-sheer color coverage in one stroke that was buildable to mostly opaque color coverage. The consistency didn't drag or tug on the lash line, but it could have applied slightly more evenly. It wore well for ten and a half hours on me (out of the twelve claimed). I really like how unique it is (relative to what I've come across). MAC Heirloom (P, $16.00) was the only remotely similar shade I could think of, but it is purpler. It did remind me a lot of Urban Decay Strip Eyeshadow. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
