Revlon Fire & Ice Super Lustrous Lipstick ($8.49 for 0.15 oz.) is a bright, medium red with neutral undertones and a cream finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which was buildable to nearly opaque coverage. To achieve more "true medium" in coverage, I applied it to my bottom lip and then spread the color across my top lip by pressing/rubbing my lips together. The consistency felt lightly creamy, smooth, and thin without being clingy, and it didn't slide around too much, but there was a little more slip compared to other shades in the range that I have tried. It lasted well for five hours and was lightly hydrating over time.
