Rare Beauty Support With Gratitude Dewy Lip Balm ($16.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a muted, medium brown with warm, rosy undertones and a cream finish. It had nearly opaque color payoff in one layer--from the get-go--as opposed to sheer, buildable coverage as marketed. For those who prefer higher coverage, it might be a surprise hit, but for those looking for true, sheer coverage... pass. A little went a long way, so it wasn't even a formula that was that easily sheered out.
The texture was lightweight, creamy, and smooth while being moderately emollient. It felt like more of a lip balm/lipstick hybrid than pure lip balm, though it retained some of the balmy shine. It lasted nicely for four hours and felt lightly moisturizing while worn.
