Rare Beauty Thrilling Lip Souffle Matte Cream Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a deep, chocolate brown with moderate, warm undertones and a satin finish. The consistency was lightweight, fluid, and more velvety--airy, lightly whipped and spreadable without being overly emollient.
It had nearly opaque pigmentation that applied well in a single layer with an even layer of product that was easy to work with as the formula wasn't prone to emphasizing lip texture or settling noticeably into my lip lines. It had a light sheen that remained present for an hour or so of wear before it wore down to a more soft matte finish It lasted well for six hours and felt neither drying nor hydrating over time.
