Propa Beauty Fighter Luminous Satin Lipstick ($12.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark brown with subtle, warm undertones and a luminous sheen. It had semi-sheer, buildable color coverage, which was closer to the brand's description of coverage.
The consistency was smooth, slightly denser but not stiff to work with, and felt lightly tacky once it was on, so while it felt more emollient initially, it did not slide around during wear. The color applied evenly for the most part, but it didn't adhere to the inner area of my lip as well as other shades. It lasted well for four and a half hours and felt lightly moisturizing while worn.
