Bossy is a dark brown with warm, reddish undertones and a satin sheen. It had good color coverage, though it was just shy of being opaque, that adhered evenly to bare skin. The consistency was soft, not too firmly pressed in the pan, and smooth to the touch. I had no issues blending out or applying the eyeshadow. It wore well for eight hours on me.
