Pat McGrath Underworld is a very cool-toned, very dark blue with a pearl finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Decadence.

Underworld is a blackened navy blue with cool undertones and a pearly sheen. The texture was smooth to the touch, finely-milled, and almost velvety as it wasn't as cream-like as the other shades (likely due to the less metallic finish), but it was still easy to blend and diffuse along the edges. It had opaque pigmentation that applied well to bare skin and stayed on well for nine and a half hours.
