Regency Blue has a transparent base with finer, iridescent sparkle. It was described as a topper, so some translucency was expected. The consistency was lightly emollient, more finely-milled and seemed silkier than past Astral shades, though still domed and more baked in feel. It had medium to semi-opaque coverage that applied well to bare skin but had light fallout when used dry. This shade wore well for nine hours with minimal fallout over time.
