Foil Eyes 2 #16 is a bright, light silver with subtle, cool undertones and a metallic finish. The pigmentation was good, though shy of being opaque, while the eyeshadow had a smooth, cream-like feel in the pan that made it adhere evenly and well to bare skin. It started to crease on me after eight hours of wear.
