OCC Shoegazer Lip Tar/RTW ($16.00 for 0.14 fl. oz.) is a deep, reddish plum with subtle, warmer undertones and a cream finish. It was richly pigmented with a creamy, smooth texture that applied over the lips easily with even coverage. The doe-foot applicator does a fairly good job of getting crisper lines, but you might want to use a lip brush or lip liner to get those edges really crisp, as this shade stained quickly! It lasted for over eight hours and left behind a strong stain behind. The formula was neither hydrating nor moisturizing for me. There was something that really drew me to this color; it was almost not quite a warm plum but not really a cool-toned one either--the tone and depth made it more unique to me.
