NYX Earl Grey Macaron Lippie ($6.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a muted, light-medium cornflower blue--a purplish-blue--with a luminous finish. The formula was creamy with a lot of slip, but for a lighter shade, it ended up applying better than anticipated, though it was still somewhat streaky. It had mostly opaque color coverage (but if it was a drier formula, I think it would have yielded better pigmentation).
