Natasha Denona Navy (01V) is a neutral-toned, dark blue with a matte finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in these palettes: Purple-Blue, and Palette 01.

Navy (01V) is a medium-dark blue with subtle, cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. The texture was finely-milled, soft, and a little powdery in the pan, but it adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out well. It had good pigmentation that built up to full coverage with less than half of a layer more. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
The color appeared a bit brighter than the original, but the performance was vastly improved, though I don't think the matte formula here is as good as the Creamy Matte formula used in newer palettes.
