Notorious is a soft, pinky lavender with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was slightly powdery in the pan, but it applied evenly and smoothly to bare skin. The blush showed up just barely on my skin tone, though I found use for it as a way to add coolness to other shades or soften the edges of other cooler pink/berry/plum-hued blushes. It wore well for seven and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.
