NARS 413 BLKR (Highlighter) is a slightly warm-toned, light peach with a satin finish. It is a permanent blush that retails for $30.00 and contains 0.16 oz.
413 Blkr (Highlighter) is described as a "sparkling pink sand with gold and silver shimmer." It's a softened, light peachy-pink with gold shimmer. The texture was powdery and drier, so it was harder to get good coverage out of it. When I applied it, the finish was more semi-matte to satin than illuminating and slightly dusty/dry on. On my medium complexion, I get some color out of it, but it is subtle, so for fairer complexions, it could definitely be used as a blush. It wore well for six and a half hours on me. MAC Blush Pink (LE, $35.50) is less shimmery. Laura Mercier Sunset (LE, $24.00) is darker, warmer. Dior Peach Splendor (LE, $44.00) is darker. MAC Fun Ending (LE, $21.00) is less shimmery, darker. Surratt Beauty Duchesse (P, $32.00) is lighter, warmer. Physicians Formula Natural (P, $12.99) is more shimmery, darker. NARS Sex Appeal (P, $30.00) is less shimmery, darker. Benefit Georgia (DC, $28.00) is warmer. See comparison swatches / compare dupes side-by-side.
