NARS Burning Love Lipgloss ($26.00 for 0.18 fl. oz.) is described as a "bright ruby with subtle shimmer." It's a brightened, medium-dark red with cool, blue undertones and a mere dusting of red shimmer. The shimmer gets lost in the gloss for the most part, so it reads more like a cream finish applied. It had semi-opaque color coverage that lasted for four and a half hours on me. It was lightly hydrating with a lightweight texture that was somewhat tacky. Guerlain Rouge Parade (920) (LE, $30.00) is similar. Dior Vie d’Enfer (869) (P, $35.00) is warmer. MAC Glam (LE, $15.00) is pinker. Sephora Collection Red Glow (P, $13.00) is more metallic.
