Mariposa is a bright, light-medium orange with moderate, warm undertones and a frosted sheen. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, almost cream-like consistency that was slightly thicker compared to other shades in the palette, though I didn't have issues with picking it up or applying it to my lid. It lasted well for eight hours before fading visibly.
