Charro is a blackened plum with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It was drier and very powdery, which made it difficult to apply an even layer; there was a lot of fallout, and it did not build up beyond medium coverage--even over a primer. There were signs of fading present after seven hours of wear.
