Terra Moons Hurricane Shimmer Eyeshadow ($6.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a vibrant, medium orange with moderate, warm undertones and warmer, lighter orange shimmer throughout that gave it more of a soft, metallic sheen.
It had rich pigmentation in a single layer, which had good adhesion to bare skin while blending out well along the edges. The consistency was soft, smooth, and not too firmly nor too softly-pressed into the pan. It wore well for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.
