Marc Jacobs Beauty Steel(etto) Fineliner Ultra-Skinny Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner ($24.00 for 0.0038 oz.) is a soft, faded blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage in one pass, which adhered well to my lower lash line and water lines. The consistency was smooth, creamy without being too slippery, and comfortable to apply to my lash line and water lines. It lasted beautifully on my lower lash line for over 12 hours with minimal (I could barely tell, hunting for signs of wear!) wear on my lower lash line and was slightly faded on my lower water line.
