Decadent is a bright white with neutral undertones and a sparkling sheen. It had more semi-opaque, buildable coverage, but the base seemed more translucent with lots of larger flecks of sparkle (which seemed to sit flatter on my skin, so there was a lot less fallout and better adhesion without using a tacky base). The texture felt lightly emollient to the touch, very smooth and had some glide, which helped to prevent fallout during application--even with a dry brush--and resulted in only light fallout over the eight hours it lasted for.
