LORAC White Diamond is a slightly cool-toned, very light white with a sparkle finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Noir.

White Diamond has a transparent base with flecks of larger, white sparkle. The texture was lightly emollient, thin but had decent adhesion for as chocked-full of sparkle as it was. This shade was designed to be sheer, so the sheerness was as anticipated. It applied evenly and had good dispersion of the sparkle. It had some fallout over the eight hours it wore for.
