MAC Royally Blue Pro Longwear Colour Stick ($22.00 for 0.049 oz.) is a medium-dark blue with cool undertones and fine, pearl shimmer. It had sheer to semi-sheer coverage; it was drier and difficult to apply even on the arm (an area where it's easier to use stronger pressure than the lash line/lid). The texture was challenging on the lid, as it would not budge or move at all, so the area doesn't have a blended or even look to it at all.
