Exuberante #4

Exuberante #4 is a deepened navy blue with subtle, satiny shimmer over a mostly matte finish. It was very powdery and dry, so it sheered out a lot and was difficult to layer. It could have blended more easily, though a lot of the color seemed to disperse in the air if you made sweeping motions. It lasted for six and a half hours on me.
