MAC Objet d'Art Dazzleshadow Extreme ($20.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a medium-dark gold with strong, warm undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It had one of the more intense finishes--both sparkly and metallic--of the line-up. The consistency felt like a loosely-pressed powder with a creaminess to it that isn't typically found in the brand's formulas, but there was a surprising amount of fallout during application (even with a fingertip!).
With a dry brush, it was hard to get the product to pick up evenly and stay on my brush. I found a dampened brush yielded the least fallout but had the most payoff and smoothest application of color overall. It had good pigmentation that stayed on well for nine hours before starting to crease with slightly worse creasing by the 12th hour (what it was marketed as wearing for).
