The formula is supposed to have "12-hour wear" with "silky smooth glide" and a "wet-like metallic texture." The pigmentation is supposed to have "one-swipe saturation," and most of the shades had nearly opaque to opaque coverage but a couple were more semi-opaque and buildable in coverage. The texture was lightly creamy, dense, and physically thicker than the average powder eyeshadow, and I found the thickness made them a little hard to work with, especially using a dry brush.
I had the best luck getting smooth, even coverage that didn't emphasize my lid texture with a lightly dampened brush or fingertips (though I preferred the precision a brush offered).
