MAC Sudsy Technakohl Liner ($17.50 for 0.012 oz.) is described as a "marine blue." It's a blackened navy blue with lighter navy blue pearl that brightens the overall color. It had semi-sheer color payoff in one stroke, and it was fairly buildable and managed to get to mostly opaque coverage with two to three layers.
