Permaplum is described as a "deep plum with dark shimmer." It's a medium-dark, cool-toned violet purple with a pearly sheen. It was a drier pencil, so the coverage was semi-sheer and uneven, unfortunately. I wasn't able to get it to be fully opaque, even after layering it a few times, as it looked uneven.
