My most-used pigment! Eyes, face, lips!

The color is exceptional and gorgeous, but on me, it tends to be patchy and the color fades quickly and creases. I used Urban Decay Primer potion underneath so maybe I don't have the proper tools.

No question that many MAC pigments are messy. When they're highly pigmented and prone to fallout, they seem even messier, as the fallout can make a real mess when you try to brush it away. But Moonlight Night is such a beautiful colour - a deep blackened green/teal that looks fine applied dry but turns crazy amazing applied wet. Not really a daytime eye colour (though I have used it dry, in small amounts and very lightly, in the daytime) but so, so beautiful for when you just have to please yourself. It is so gorgeous that it's actually one of the pigments that is worth the mess and extra effort.

I got a huge sample of this pigment when it first came out (the MAC gals where I shop are pretty generous). This is a beautiful dark, smokey grey/brown but there is fallout and there are so many pressed shadows that are similar in colour but much easier to use so I didn't buy the full size. It's just a bit too messy for the end result.

I got a very generous sample of this pigment years ago and I have loved it ever since. A beautiful peachy nude just loaded with sheen. Yes, there is fallout with this but the colour is so lovely that I find it worth the hassle (can't say that about all of MAC's pigments). With all the repromotes MAC does, how I wish they would FINALLY repromote Jardin Aires. I'd be at the store in a flash to get it!

This is such a wearable colour. I like how it evens out the colour of my lids so that anything else I apply with it looks better. This looks great on its own on the lid or with a subtle brown (Omega, Wedge, UD Naked) to give a bit of crease definition. Makes for a really nice work look - looks like you're not wearing eye makeup but are just blessed with great good looks. Bonus with this is there is little fallout and any that might occur is basically invisible (at least on fairer toned skin).

I've had Cocomotion for years. It's in the "old" packaging so it represents a great value compared with the newer, smaller containers (less product but same price!). Cocomotion is a stunningly rich golden bronze shade. Pairs well with so many neutral shadows to bring some dazzle to a look. Works great as a "one shadow" product in summer-time. And it's perfect for fall or really for just about any time of the year.

MAC Pigment is AMAZING! I have nothing bad to say about it, but took off a half a star because I found this pigment faded slightly. JUST SLIGHTLY. Other than that, I am hopelessly in love with this pigment, as it is the most amazing bright magenta you will ever find. NOTE: I purchased this in a PRO store.

The color is such a wonderful metallic "nude" color on my skin. I use it wet when I want it to stand out more, otherwise it would look almost like my skin color but with the metallic finish. Nice for a summer natural, tan look for a night out! I love it!

I love how it adds just an extra something special to my eyes on a lazy day. I spritz a little bit of fix plus on a brush and pat Kitschmas onto my lids and as long as I'm careful with how much I put on my brush the fallout isn't terribly bad for a loose pigment. When I layer it over Soft Ochre paintpot, I find that it doesn't crease and stays put on my lids longer and doesn't fall out onto my cheeks throughout the day. I would highly recommend it to someone who's looking to buy their first pigment!
