MAC Own the Look Mattene ($19.00 for 0.08 oz.) is described as "deep intense pearl." It's a medium-dark purple with warm pink undertones and a very subtle violet shimmer. It had semi-opaque color payoff that glided on without tugging on the lips, but it didn't apply as evenly as I would have liked. The color pulled into lip lines noticeably after three and a half hours of wear, though it lasted for closer to five and a half hours of wear. It was neither drying nor hydrating.
