LORAC Pirates of the Caribbean Cheek Palette ($30.00 for 0.54 oz.) includes three highlighters and three blushes. The palette features the brand's Light Source Illuminating Highlighter and Color Source Buildable Blush formulas. The highlighter formula is supposed to be buildable and luminous, but my experience with them was that they were quite pigmented--soft enough to blend them out or use a bit less for sheerer coverage, just not what I'd actually describe as buildable. As you might guess from the name, the blush is supposed to be buildable, though two of the three shades were rather pigmented and one was more medium and buildable. The palette's more amped up pigmentation was why it was rated lower, but if you're the type of person who wants more pigmented highlighters and blushes, then it should work well for you.
