Tails & Top Hats #5 is a medium-dark black with neutral-to-cool undertones paired with a matte finish. The consistency was soft, smooth, and incredibly blendable--it was one of the easiest black eyeshadows to use! I think the less intense take on black made it easier to build up and work with, too. It had good pigmentation and wore well for eight hours before fading.
