LORAC Tails & Top Hats Eyeshadow Palette ($18.00 for 0.41 oz.) contains seven eyeshadows housed in a slim, cardboard palette with a mirror under the lid. While it seemed compact, it contained quite a bit of product! I was more impressed by this palette than I anticipated, as the eyeshadows were pigmented with soft, blendable textures and lasted a decent length of time. The formula runs thinner and soft enough that it can be dusty, so it will wear longer over a primer for sure, but I didn't have any trouble getting pigmentation or applying them without primer.
This palette is exclusive to Ulta as a Black Friday doorbuster, which means that it will be available today (November 24th) at 5PM CT.
