Tinsel is a sparkling, light-medium pewter gold with warmer undertones and a glitter finish. As you might expect, the glitter resulted in a looser, slightly chunkier texture and was the culprit of some fall out over time. For as glittery as it was, though, I think it held on and applied well, and the underlying base color was very pigmented, which helped it look better on the lid over time.
