ILIA Sing Color Haze Multi-Use Pigment ($32.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a medium, rosy plum with subtle, cool undertones and a natural, matte finish. It had buildable coverage from sheer to medium (two layers), though it was hard to get it to greater coverage. The consistency was smooth, lightweight, and spreadable with more substance than a true, liquid-based blush but was more emollient and felt wetter to the touch compared to a potted, cream blush. However, it did tingle on my skin for the first five minutes of wear, though I didn't notice that effect on my lips (but it was quite tacky on my lips and didn't feel tacky to the touch on my cheeks!).
It can be used on lips and cheeks, and I found it was more comfortable and better performing as a cheek product than a lip product. As a cheek color, it applied evenly and lasted well for seven hours before fading noticeably, while as a lip color, it lasted for two and a half hours and was neither drying nor hydrating. It worked well over bare skin as well as over base products as it didn't lift up or create patchiness.
