Sapphire #1

Sapphire #1 is a deep blue with cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had the type of matte finish more prone to absorbing natural oils on the skin, so it looked more "melted" and less flat-matte in finish. As a result, it didn't blend out as easily along the edges, so some may find dusting translucent powder over the lids/primer may make it easier to work with it. The eyeshadow was richly pigmented with a fairly soft, smooth texture that was a little powdery in the pan. It wore well for eight and a half hours and left a bit of a stain behind.
