Ruby #9 is a medium-dark pink with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out without issue. The texture was slightly drier and thinner, but it did not seem to impede the function of the product overall. It stayed on nicely for eight hours on me before it started to fade on me.
