Purple Haze #9 is a blackened purple base with flecks of lighter purple and silver sparkle. It was dry, stiff, and dense, which was an all-around nightmare to pick up with a brush. When I used my fingertip, I was able to get decent coverage that adhered to my skin, but the pan steadily compacted with each use and became unusable after four attempts. It seemed to wear for around five hours on me, but when eyeshadows perform so badly, it really gets hard to see if they're fading and the like.
