Agenda Eyeshadow ($6.80 for 0.10 oz.) is described as a "multi-faceted neutral deep gray with a fine highlight of pink throughout). Applied damp, it has a purply-gray coloring with a very fine pink satin sheen--it looked almost matte if not for a few bits of sheen. Applied over Pixie Epoxy, it brightened the shade and gave it a pinker, slightly warmer, look. This shade was very pigmented, and I even used it dry and still had no issues getting full color payoff. The texture is very, very finely-milled, but it evens out well on the lid and doesn't look powdery at all. It also blends out easily. NARS Flowers 3 #2 is lighter. NARS Flowers 2 #2 is similar to the damp color (without Pixie Epoxy). Benefit Rain Check is pinker, warmer. See comparison swatches.

They are supposed to look and feel this way. The inclusion of these ingredients often lends to richer color and longer wear, and helps reduce fallout during application.
